We publish a standard when we hit a problem that would be solved better by a shared spec than by another proprietary product. The goal is interoperability — and, where it applies, less wasted compute and a smaller carbon footprint.
Longer-form writing — build notes, arguments, the occasional essay that isn't about shipping anything at all — runs on Substack, not on this site. Written by a human.
